Associated Costs
A holding security deposit will be taken for the island rental in addition to weekly rates quoted, although will be returned to the person(s) renting assuming no damage is caused to the property at the end of the rental term.
Preferential rates can be given for people wishing to rent the island property longer term.
Quoted rates include the property keeper who lives on the island 24*7.
Rental rates are subject to change during high season which extends between December and March each year.
The quoted rental rate includes your initial trip by boat to the island and your return to the mainland. The boat can be used during your stay on request, although hourly rates of R$65 are charged which includes a qualified person to pilot the boat.
